With a rich history as the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopians have perfected their cherished brewing traditions and ceremonies over time - typically taking place three times daily to bring family and friends together. Habeshas enjoy adding burning እጣን during these rituals for an extra layer of aromatization in their traditional brews.
